Just wondering if anyone has purchased any of the rapala look a like stick baits from these guys? They are dirt cheap!

I have never ordered any of those specifically, but am also considering doing it. I have ordered MANY other things from them and never had a problem with any of it.
I'm only 30 minutes from their store, so I just drive down there so I can look at it in person. If your close enough, you might want to try that to see what they have in store.
Good luck,
Jay

I've never heard of those. Who's got them? Some of those cheap lures aren't balanced and dont swim worth a poop! Where are they made?

Inlander,
I've purchased many items from Jann's and have never had any problems with them.
As for their lool alike lures I'd suggest buying 1 or 2 and checking them out before jumping in with both feet.
I used to purchase large quantities of their unpainted versions of both top water and crankbaits and airbrush them for other fishermen. Some models were fine but others didn't run true so as I said, check out a couple first.
I was just looking at their catalog last Saturday night trying to figure out which crankbaits I wanted to buy. I didn't even realize how close the store was. It would be an easy drive from Saline. I'm planning to place an order soon or go visit the showroom if anyone wants to carpool down.

Do they have a web site and where are they located?
Head south on 23 about five or six miles past the ohio state line. get off on salisbury road exit (next exit south of airport highway) and take a right. take a left at the bp station and the store is on the right about 1/4 mile down.

I'm working on an order to Netcraft now. I have traded with them for many years and feel they're right up there with the now defunct Herters! They have stuff you can't find anywhere else and the prices and service are the best!

Ive used a couple of their jointed stickbaits and havent caught anything on them yet, I think their lighter than the bombers i was trying to imitate. I just didnt have the luck like a bomber on them for walleye. Thats all Ive tried with them so far, I am happy with their crankbaits however. They have a good feel to them.
