Just went down to the brown trout festival and checked out the standings and somone had brought in a 27.85 pound brown today. The top of the salmon is 19 pounds.

Holy SLOB brown!

There was a biggun weighed in the Muskegon tourny this weekend, but not that big!

It is the largest Brown Trout ever caught in Lake Huron and was brought in by "Texas Troller"

Actually Brown weight was 27.75 or 27.85. Was alive and when died was over 28 pounds so I told Texas Troller to take to certified scales and weight was 28.22 which broke Lake Huron record which was 27.90 caught in the 70's. Male what a great fish. Still going to weigh in BTF at the 27 pound weight. WHO SAID LAKE HURON IS DEAD. Salmon is up to just under 20lbs on Board. Kings are loaded with smelt. Capt Ed

Thats a real Jumbo!! Love to see the East side fishing improving. I guess Im going to have to stop in and take a look at this fish.
