Does anyone have any advise to catching bigger walleye? I fish 3-4 nights per week, I usually catch my limits. Lately I can catch my limit 3 times over in 3 hours or so, but I cant seem to catch any fish biggger that 15-16 inches or so. Does anyone have any advise to catching bigger fish. By the way I am fishing north of the Blue Water bridge in Port Huron.
Don't get me wrong I really enjoy catching and eating the little ones but I sure would like to land a few fish worth taking to the taxidermy shop.

If you want bigger fish switch to plastics and be patient. Seems like the bigger fish are caught on plastic baits. Zoom flukes, Walleye Assassins, and Gulp!

Welcome aboard Troy. If you love the outdoors you will like this sight. Great group of people always willing to help. I live of I69 and M19 so you probably go by on way to SCR or Lk Huron. Again welcome and enjoy.

Thanks for the welcome and advise guys. I will have to stop by the bait shop and pick up a few plastics at lunch today and give them a try tonight.
If everything goes well I should have a report to post in tha am tomorrow. Looks like it is going to be a hot night so I think me and the old red/gray dog will try our luck on some new tackle north of the bridge tonight for a few hours. Hopefully I can land a few nice ones but if not oh well I made it out and I am sure it will be a beautiful night out there tonight.
