Hey Splitshot, Years ago a friend of mine was in a show on Steelhead in the Au Sable. It took them 3 days to film a 30 minute show. They were fighting coke bottles to lengthen the battle scenes. Ever notice on most fishing shows, all of a sudden the wind and the lighting is different. That might be another day. I'm sure most hunting shows are the same way.
Preserve hunting is like shooting fish in a barrel.

Splitshot, that is the first time I have ever heard that Stouffer's filming was under controlled circumstances. It sure makes sense, though. As far as preserves I have to respectfully disagree to the extent that if the preserve is 3000 acres then I would consider it fair chase. Heck some of them are 30,000 acres, well beyond what I could cover in a vacation's time. :)
