This is in southesast portion of Charlevoix county. Close to Sturgon river, Thumb Lake, and lots of state land. About 10 min. from Vanderbilt exit off I75. Property extends to top of tallest hill in area. Tress are tall, and consist of mostly Maple and Beach. Would make for great deer hunting, or just a get away with no distractions.
Asking $7200.
Was up there just before deer season and marked it off real well so someone could check it out with out my being there.
