I'm heading up to camp tommorrow to go snowshoeing for the weekend, anyone know how much is on the ground in the NE corner between Hillman and Rogers City?
I just came back from Duluth and they have less snow than we have in SE MI!

Nailer,
Sure strange weather for Feb., so you will probably not need any snowshoes for your camping trip. The wild life sure must be enjoying this mild winter.
Sure hope you post some details about your camping trip.
Take Care,

Dave- We had between 6-10" on average in the woods this weekend. Really didn't need the snowshoes, but we used them anyway. By-God if we went to snowshoe we're going to snowshoe! The weather was great, especially Sunday. I just hope the snow holds out for two more weeks for our wintercamp. Maybe we'll get lucky and will get a big blow next week w/ a foot of fresh snow. Wishful thinking at best, but you never know in MI. I am really geeked for that weekend. I've had a ball collecting all the new toys that were absolutley necessary (in my mind anyway) for enhancing my backpack experience. If my wife sees the brown guy come up the drive one more time I'll have to move into the woods permanently:D
