I have two lots for sale in Osceola Co. (side by side 100ft. x 100 ft. each. Here's what you get;
1. They are located in the SWISS ALPINE Association (100 ft. from 1000's acres of state land).
2. Electric and phone (underground) to both lots.
3. Access to two private, no-motor lakes (Round and Horseshoe on your map and both have trophy class Bluegill & Bass!)
4. Access to the Association campground. The campground has camper slots w/ electric and a very well maintained bath house (one year slot rental - $200. Try to beat that anywhere).
5. Access to a great beach and club house. Beach site has a picnic area, boat launch and a play area for the kids (basketball hoops, toys etc.).
Asking $3,000 each or $5,000 for both.
