Has anyone been out walleye fishing from great Lakes? Just dumped the boat in the water, and was curious if anyones been out from there. Any reports and info would be appreciated.

Catching fish every time I go out from there. I bought a season pass and I'm only 10 minutes from the launch. Get around Saganing Bar NE and also troll between Sag bar and Pinconning bar. Most people are staying west of the comercial nets in about 14-18fow. I wouldn't rule out the 11fow N or the bar as I've been marking lots of fish there as well on my way to and from the deeper waters.
I plan on getting out there on Fri/Sat this week.

Maybe I'll see ya out there. My boat is the 3rd boat from the channel on the sea wall closest to the bay. It's a 25 ft Sea Ray. Name is Problem Solved, but that is gonna change, and it's covered by my big 150 qt cooler anyway. When has been the best time of day?

I'm usually on the water by 6:30am and based on radio chatter, people seem to be catching fish all day but it can be slow first thing in the morning until fish are located. Usually I'm pulling in the driveway at home around 3pm but water seems to clear out a bit around 1pm. My boat name is Reel Fun and right now its parked out there getting new axles installed on the trailer. Its a 22ft Starcraft. Nice group of people there. I'll give you a call this weekend on 68. See if between the two of us we can't locate that big school of fish.:fish:
