Walleyes biting better than the norm

UNIONVILLE -- From Saginaw Bay to Lake Erie, Michigan anglers are experiencing some of the best walleye fishing in decades, and if the numbers of fish are any indication, they can expect it to continue for the rest of the season.

For quantities of walleyes, this is the MOST consistant bite I have ever experienced on the Bay. The numbers of fish is staggering, and with the numbers of "throwbacks" still in the system, this fishery will remain at this top level for quite a number of years to come.
