They are going through the fish ladder in Berrien Springs. So they are in the river now.

That's not a live fish...that's my decoy. I pull him out of the freezer every year about this time and jerk him bark and forth on some fishing line in front of the camera. ;) ;)

It's just a myth they do no enter the river they are all in 80 feet of water 11 feet down. So get your canoes and go get em....

Must stink having to drive all that way to catch some good ole Skams... Hope you guys do well to make it worth the price of gas.

Maybe all us that have to drive along way can just camp out or bunk at your place to offset the cost of gas with free lodging:cwm27: Sounds like an invitation for an outing in the backyard with tents galore!:yikes: :evil: :p

just so everyone knows water temps in the "sacred" joe were 78 degrees yesterday...

Sounds like everyones heading to the peir anyway. Can't say as I blame them.
Then again the blue gills have been biting pretty good lately. Don't suppose any of you guys would rather fish for gills this weekend? Lets see now. Blue gills or skamanias? Hmmmmmmm....Yeah I didn't think so. Oh well it was worth a shot :D

As Mark stated there is a list. You could join the Charlie's and pitch a tent on the pier if there is room I have a feeling the pier's will be very very full this weekend with it being free fishing weekend and all. Bluegill's are not sounding all that bad but not good enough to keep me away from Steelheading:) ...
