The Dodge gave up the ghost Friday... HELP!!

Threw a rod on the way to work Friday. 158,000+ miles and gave NO indication anything was wrong. It just let go driving down the road at 35 mph. Still have nearly 40 psi oil pressure as it sits today.

Now, who can find me a cheap, drop in, high mileage Dodge 360?? Don't really care about the miles on it as long as it runs. As soon as it runs again it's gonna be traded in on something smaller. I believe I need a motor from 1994 to 2003 to make this work.

Check on ebay............my buddy just bought a 360 out of a dakota rt to stick in his 2004 dakota with a 6 banger. I believe her stold it for 900 with the trans.
ill get back with you on the company he got it from. i belive it was in michigan around the yipsi area.

I've found a few local engines ranging from $500 (very high miles) to $1000 with average miles. At this point I'm inclined to take the cheapest running motor I can find.

My condolences, its sad to lose a trusted old friend. I got a buddy that is a mopar nut,long shot but I will ask if he has anything sitting around.
