Just looked up a eagle 240 since you didn't say which one you have, it draws 170 MA (milli amps) 1000 MA is one full amp, so there is a draw of less than 1/5 of a amp , your battery probably has at least 650 cranking amps which is
650,000 MA, I don't think you could run it down if you left it on for months

it should say on the back of it what the amp draw is, most will be under 250 MA or 1/4 of a amp draw
By the way most electronics have a web site for manauls you can print out
