What is the best why to fish that area?

everyone will have their own opinions...but assuming you are targeting walleyes, most people on here run aorund 3/4 oz bottom bouncers with harnesses or either a harness with a 1oz BB weight. Most people are targeting 6-8 feet and quickly getting their limits. If you aren't able to troll, I suppose you could just drift with a harness that had an inline sinker on it.
