Wednesday off the beach

Went back out and started where we found fish the day before with the same set up and we had 10 before 7:30 then a lull of about an hour set in until we got back on track and finnished up with 15 as we sorted for the last one at 9:00. I did notice that some of the guys who were comming up short were trolling a little on the fast side.Well back to work Thursday but if all goes to plan we will be looking for muskies Saturday .

Great job Jay! I have been thinking that you don't have to get out for the early bite this time of year and we've been leaving the dock at 8 or 8:30. I might have to rethink that! :)

Yesterday we did not have a fish until 7:00-7:15 and most of the crowd were still catching them when we left. I think the dirty water helps a lot because finding them in 6 feet of water when the sun is up high seems unusual.

I've been doing better at night, however, my partner and his brother-in-law were out this morning and picked up 7 early.
