Waterfront Wanted

Looking for vacant waterfront lot in the northern lower. This can be canal front or right on the lake. Areas of interest are Houghton Lake area, Traverse City, and just south of Mackinaw City.

i would look up state wide realty they are the best for rec land. anything under michigan real estate on the web search provides good results. i live in tc and it
is pricey up here. burt lake indian river area ids pretty cool.

All I can say about prices of waterfront in the TC area is OUCH!!! My parents have a place on Skegemog Lk they purchased a few years ago. Think they paid about 300k. They had someone this past fall offer in the $400's. All I can say is that I would rather have acres of land at that price instead of a 350x200 ft water lot for that kind of money.
