Bad day....Good day!!

Launched in St. Clair at 5:45 caught first fish at 5:55. reel broke and had to pull in by hand. Went home for spare reel (approx 1.5 miles). Got back to launch with reel and dropped it in the water getting back into my boat. Fished around with net trying to find reel for a while ....no luck. Went bak home to get another reel which is broke. ( broken tab on base where it clamps on rod). Went back out with that. had to hook fish and hold reel in hand while retreiving. Ended up back home at 8:36 with limit! Hot color was , anything you chose to put down.45 to 53 fow. It still beat going to work! Am trying to figure out how to post pics.

I have similar stories of equipment failures, but mine never include limiting on game or fish. :rolleyes: Great job.

Here you go lip ripper, nice job on the fish and sorry to hear about those reels.. Your only mile and a half from the launch I am about a mile that is why I can be in the water in 5min you got to love it.. Cya Slick

Hey there Lip ripper after you down load the picture there is a ubb code cut copy and paste that into your post.. I did not think you caught all them on tuesday I just did not no which one so I put them all in.. Cya Slick
