Land Wanted near Wellston

I would still like to buy some land around Wellston MI. Preferable 10-20 acres vacant in the Udell hill area, but I will listen to just about anything.

If anybody even knows anybody in this area who even maybe thinking about selling please let me know.

I cannot believe the land rush up there. Property is selling for as much as $3000 an acre. When you do find a decent looking listing its sold before you call.
