hello budworks, we know exactly where your land is. we fish the sucker river every year and at grand marais when the white fish are in. in fact we will be at the sucker river camp ground #2 the week of july fourth for the whole week. we would be VERY interested in talking to you about your land. thank you for responding.

got your email and let's talk in the future. i'm still trying to figure out fair market value of the land and if i want to split. i have river frontage and just plain woods. not a seasonal road persay but access off a main road year round and off a two track to "sneak in" talk at you later. bud
