Motor Value???

Anyone have any ideas of the value of the following?

26ft crest pontoon boat that need repairs but it has a 1998 Merc 20hp
that has less than 50 total hours on it. Perhaps more like 20hours, total.
Im sure the pontoon might not have any value but the motor is like brand new.

ThanksI check out the online boat and motor pricing guide and its value is about $800-$1000 dollars that high retail and low retail values.

the grand valley marine salesman told mee this spring that used pontoon boats have the biggest demand of any boat.
I would guess $900 is a good guess for the motor.
there are no hour meters. a 1000 hour motor looks like a 10 hour motor if taken care of.
