we are looking for up to 40 acres of wooded land in u.p east of munising for sale under land contract. prefer land to be on seasonal road. power avail not needed. we are pure nature lovers and rest assured land will NEVER be cleared except a small area to build retirement cabin. will even discuss future access to land by seller.

hi i own 40 acres on the sucker river and east of grand marais and have been thinking of selling some property. i can't part with forty acres but there state, federal, and cfr land surrounding the property. i'm building a cabin this summer and maybe look me up i'm 4 miles east of town under the name of nikoden on the plat map. maybe see you later.
