Alpha I question...

Noticed a little bit of oil under the outdrive the other day, I have not used the boat in a long time, meaning at least a month and the trim was up all the way....seems like the drive oil might have dripped out the vent holes where you can hook up the water when running the motor outside the water, any thoughts what might have caused this...

Maybe not trimming down the drive after using the boat last time>

Sorry it is not coming out of that part of the motor, right above there are two holes, one on each side and that is where the oil is cming from...

Another question, when I remove the vent screw on top, should oil be coming out from there, thinking it might have to much oil in there...

if you mean the top vent screw on the side, then yes it means she is at the proper level.
Lower end lube is very thick and has a distinct smell,compare the stuff you think is leaking with some from the upper vent you should be able to tell if it's the same?

If the boat was winterized properly it is probably just fogging oil leaking out from the exhaust.
