I have 15 acres in Colorado, righ near the Royal Gourge. It is at the top of a small mountain named DEER MTN. There is no road up there and I have never been up on it. I have been to the base of the mtn. and think there would be no trouble at all getting there with a 4x4. Its at about 8000' in the middle of a valley whose floor is about 7000' and the whole valley is surrounded by snow toppers. I am really not anxious to sell but I'd like to toy with the idea. If anyone wants more info, post a reply and I'll get with you. This is about 1hour from Colorado Springs. (all up)
