Should be back to normal after last weeks weather, reports from this week have been fast action for lake trout and a few salmon. Smallmouth are on their beds and hitting tube baits.

Fished Sunday evening and Monday morning. Ended up with 3 lakers, 2 Walleye, 1 stealhead (7#) and 1 king (5#). 10 color lead core was the ticket for lakers and stealhead and 5 color for the king. Fished 65-85 fow. Jerry lee spoon in the Mag silver streak was the spoon. Lake was kind to us both days. Work hard, Fish harder.

I fish a lot out of Harbor Beach but have moved to Grindstone the last couple weeks.... We limited out (4 & 5 man limits) on lakers each trip and went back to HB on Tuesday am. Tuesday was back to pick and choose and not much action -vs- Grindstone.
We did find some silver up there also (4 Silv's).... but none in Harbor Beach.
 I'd say Grindstone/Pt Austin.

Fished out of Port Austin, about 300yds NW of the Green can, Managed 3 kings 7,8,10lbs. Blue chilly willy was the hot ticket. And caught 2 walleye on
black and gold husky jerk. Fished in 65-70ft of water, fishing was pretty hot from 7-9:30, once the sun came up, it was all over. its nice to see some
decent Kings again, Mark alot of bait about 30-35 down. Caught every fish
on lead core, 5 and 6 colors, did manage 1 king on the Number 2 rigger.
