Well me and my partner went out last night in front of the RenCen. Soon as we got our shanks over the side and on the bottom, BOOM, fish on. We caught fish so fast and hectic, we were bummed cuz we didn't want to limit out to fast and have to head back home. We wanted to have a good time. So I said, "well, when we get 9 in the box, we'll just start catching and releasing em all, and when we decide to go home, we'll keep the last one we pull up to be the unlucky #10. So we catch a few more, and I said "this makes 9, let's start releasing". We're catching fish for another hour, we threw back some beautiful 16's and 17's. Finally, at around 10:30, we decide well, time to head home, let's keep the next one and hit it. Within a minute my partner (Slim) gets him. So we throw him in the box and head home. We get all the way home, open the cooler and find that we only got 9.:( It was my fault. I was the counter, and somewhere, somehow, in the chinese fire drill I lost count. Oh well. We threw back at least 10-12 really nice keepers that'll be out there for somebody else to eat.:)

I launch at St. Jeans. On the weekdays open until 11. 10 bucks ramp fee. Don't be late getting back in. Seen him lock a guy's truck in there last night.:yikes:

Definately my man. Let's do it. Took my handlining rig and gear apart from my boat today. Done with wirelining til fall. Put my lake setup and equipment back in her. Let's work em over on some harness' for sure. The river is awesome and has been alot of fun, but time to move on to my bread and butter and catch lots of fish. Trollin the pond.:D
