Silver Bass?????

Fellow Fishers, Wife and I have been handlining on the DR for the past few weeks and caught a few walleyes and several silver bass. How long will the silver bass be in the river and will the male walleye stay?

The bass will be heavy for approximately a month then die down. Walleye can be caught handlining all summer but its not as easy picking as right now. I prefer to fish up in Port Huron starting around the 1st week of July and will fish and catch a lot of fish all summer up there. I drive from dearborn to PH once or twice a week so that should tell you something.
