What oil weight 3.0L OMC

I decided to do the oil change my self. I got the pump and filter. But no where on my motor can I find what oil to use. So, any guys have this motor, the 3.0 L omc 4 cylinder. If so what weight oil do you run in it? BTW its a 1988.

I have the OMC manual and it says to use SAE30.
If you have any other questions about it, I should be able to look it up in the book.
It is recommended to use straight 30 weight oil, do not use 10W30.
