Kettle Point Ontario Reports ?

Any salmon/steelhead/brown trout reports out of Kettle Point area ? We'll be in the area camping over the Memorial Day day weekend. Wondering if it's worth hauling the boat up.

Fished out of Port Huron this past friday. fished wasnt very good for trout or salmon, boats in the river where doing great on the eyes though, check the results of the bluewater classic as boats fished the american side this weekend

With the NW blow we had, lake trout should be in tight along the shoreline near kettle point. I'd try it because when they are in close..catching them seems to be easier. The blue dolphin has been our #1 lake trout spoon and the green gets the kings. Browns should be there too. They tend to be where the warmer water is and thats where its at. No browns weighed in at BWC. WHY? They must have been pushed out because of the wind and went to the other side to the dirty water.

Fish it in 25 to 50 FOW and you should do well. Watch out for rocks.
