Lake Newburgh

Went down to the lake with my new fly rod today. I love the thing! Today the fish were in weed beds instead of on the wood. I was fishing with a #14 Orange scud. I caught 17 bluegill and one giant golden shiner. SOme people showed up and crowded me so i couldn't cast very well and was forced to leave.:dizzy:

Went again today and got 23 bluegill and 1 bass. Today was back to the #14 ant fly fished on the edge of weedbeds. Caught some bigger fish today that was nice:) . I got a few 8 inch gills. Wont be back to the lake again for a while im going to willow metro park friday and maybe Flatrock saturday or sunday for some whitebass fun.
