Connecting main engine to Kicker??

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if anyone knows which connecting rod setup will work for connecting a Mercury Verado to a Big foot pro kicker??

I have seen different designs and i'm not sure which will work. The outside cowling on the Verados is rather large going most of the way to the cavitation plate, so i don't think the regulat strap on with the connecting rod between motors will work.

Also, my motor doesn't have the steering rod in front of the motor it just has the hydralic pump and hoses, so the connecting rod between steering arms is out as well.

Well i hope this makes sense. I really want to be able to steer the kicker from the helm. I plan on putting a Pursuit rod bar accross the back for rod holders so steering from the helm will be a must. I also, don't want to spend a ton of money on some fancy electronic steering setup if possible!!

Just thought i'd see if anyone has any ideas or experience in this area, if so please share i'm all ears (or eyes i guess with it being type written).
