Going to try Lake Hudson this weekend. I've heard it has some decent Muskie fishing and pike. Has anyone fished it this year...and tips you might offer on lures to use and "hot spots"?

I fished Hudson a few times... Only 1 18" Muskie... Watched plenty caught tho.. Try the stumps or humps too. Trolling seems to be the ticket ..Good Luck

Spent a couple of hours on he lake today. Cooooooooold out there today.
We trolled the north shore. We dragged a deep diving jointed perch pattern and a white bucktail spinner, but no strikes. Very windy so we gave it up.

Water temp is about 60 F. And the fish are in deeper water (15ft and up)
holding at about 10 ft to 15 ft deep.

Seems like a nice location to fish except for the water is real turbid. We plan on trying it again on a more calm day.
