fished it for many yrs growing up.....has been a favorite bass lake of mine in the past. I landed a 6lb bass near the deep area by the beach. I use to finde luck near the islands and shoelines between the islands. Nice drop offs and weedlines.
Let me know how you do I have not fared too well there in the past 3 yrs. They were struck with a lm bass disease a few yrs back.

senkos and senkos...oh yeah....more senkos:D
wacky style in back bays.....they should be on beds or really close to it....you should have no problem catching fish. black/blue flake, dark brown/green flake and/or dark green/black flake. you can texas rig them as well....use NO weight. let it sink to bottom(if it makes it that far) and HOLD ON!!!! no strike after a few seconds....reel in and repeat.

Well we got out there at about 8:30 this morning and fished for 5 hours. I hooked 2 largemouth. Landed one small one, and lost one on a jump by the boat. We saw a bunch of bass really shallow just cruising but they wouldn't bite anything we threw at 'em. I tried everything you guys told me and more! Regardless, it was a nice day to get out:cool:
