Jigged Wyandotte area yesterday and I caught 7 species of fish. In addition to Walleye, caught some Smallmouth Bass, White (silver) Bass, White Perch, Rock Bass, Sucker and a Sheepshead. About all I missed was large mouth bass, yellow perch, pike, muskie and sturgeon. How many species has anyone else got in one day out there?

Not trying to sound dumb, but what is the difference between a white and yellow pearch? Are the white pearch what i thought were dink yellows without as much color?

Very cool andy, I've probally caught a few over the years but just wrote them off as white bass. Should they be killed like the gobys since they are invasive?;)

I always return them. However, when removing the hook, I take the head off at the gill plates. :p
