Here. Take a look. But you won't be happy. I was supposed to be on the river today with a charter, but launching in the parking lot was not in the plans. http://waterdata.usgs.gov/mi/nwis/uv?dd_cd=01%2C02&format=gif&period=7&site_no=04156000
Notice where it was on the 5th and 6th of May when we did so good. Its 11 times+ that flow rate now.

If you go to out put format scrol down to table . it gives you water level then compair it with past dates pretty much lets you know how much water you have http://waterdata.usgs.gov/mi/nwis/uv?dd_cd=01%2C02&dd_cd=01&dd_cd=02&format=html&period=7&site_no=04156000

Did good doesn't quite describe the 6th. We slaughtered them. Capt. Dan put us right on top of the hogs (literally). And we had a blast catching them. Thanks again Capt. I look forward to next year :D.

Thanks Sean.

Both yours and your cousins fishing styles and attitudes are ones that made the day go by quit fast for me. You both were a pleasure to be around. I was wondering about your chances to turn that picture of that monster you caught into the proper DNR officials, and getting a Master Angler patch for it. I know now they give them out by length as well as weight (I think). Capt. Dan.

Fished the Sanford Lake Pike Tourny yesterday, HEAVY current flowing thru the lake. Came home thru Freeland, the Tibb is way high and roaring and when We crossed the Saginaw on the M-46 bridge it looked like the water was almost to the top of the docks at the Lee St. launch:fish2: ! Bob

Bob.

If I recall your post about your trip, you guys were down near the convergence, near the saginaw River. That is about 20 to 24 river miles downstream from where I usually fish the Tittabawassee. Like all rivers there are spots and sections that are deeper than others. When you get up where I fish (say Freeland Highbanks up) and the river is at say 900 CFPS, you'll run into sections that are 12 inches deep for up to 1/4 mile. So for me to estimate for you the safe CFPS stage for your boat, would not be a sound idea and I won't do it. I hope you understand.
