Has anyone stayed at the Silver creek or Lincoln bridge campgrounds? I have never been on the pine river and was wondering if this was a good place to set up camp or not? I know they are rustic but are they large enough for my 22ft trailer?
I have spent the last couple years camping on the s. branch au sable and was looking to change it up this year. If anyone has any good suggestions for camp/fish locations I would be glad to hear them.
Thanks guys
Dave

I haven't been to Silver Creek in a while, but I remember seeing a few pop ups there from time to time. I'm not sure if a 22' will work or not. Might want to give the DNR a call.

Hondakid, I know you listed a couple of specific campgrounds, but you might also consider Coolwater Campground. The owner is a member of this site and responded to one of my posts asking about camping on the Pine. Their website is coolwatercamp.com. We have a large group that does a camp/canoe trip at the end of July and for the past couple of years we have decided to try different rivers. We had enough of dragging our canoes down the Rifle. I know they have individual sites plus larger sites that will accomodate groups, for example our group is going to be 26 people this year, with RV's, pop-ups, vans and tents. Plus they have a company that comes to the campground on Sat and Sun morning that offers a breakfast for $5. Hope this helps at all.
CT70's kick ass!
