You might want to ask yourself a couple questions.
1) Do I enjoy sport fishing or am just fishing for food?
2) Do I feel the need to rape michigan resources?
3) If I take 10 walleye per day from a body of water how long will it be before they are gone?
Hey I got an idea maybe you can block the mouth of the saginaw river with a gill net. Then you can really fill that freezer!

Depends on the body of water you are fishing.
Check the rules and regs. (http://www.michigan.gov/documents/Fishing-Guide_151601_7.pdf)
Some waters the limit is 0! Other waters might be 1, 5, or 6.

I hardly ever keep fish it's thing's I saw over the weekend.
it's wrong to do!!! daily limit is daily limit. but:eek: :eek: i know alot of charter boats that go out in the morning with guys and get there limits and the capt, & 1st mate use there license to add to the pot {extra 12 fish } then go back out in the afternoon with a new group and do it again:yikes: :yikes: i know cause i worked as a 1st mate last year a couple times and i thought it was wrong to do the 2nd time out and i ended up gettin a bad tip from the guys on board because of it. even though we caught our limit and then some:dizzy: { capt fish }

Even that first trip of the day is wrong. Once the charter clients accept those extra fish they are in violation of the law!
If you are out fishing, say on the pier and you give a fish away and then keep a limit for yourself. You are over your limit by the # of fish you gave away.

This makes me real mad because I know these people and it was not a charter boat either.I won't say any more but I deserve all the heck everyone is going to give me.

let me know who they are, and i'll take the blame for reporting them.
they are stealing from our state's resources......plain and simple.....the rules are the rules. obey the rules or go live somewhere else and cheat that state.
alot of boats were getting busted in ohio for "double dipping"....not being reported, just the DNR doing their job and watching boats go-come in with limit-go back out after an hour and get another limit.

A few years ago we couldn't buy a walleye around here. Now that the fish are back people want to be greedy. I'll bet last month they were keeping the females too. :confused:

How does the posession issue work? If I meet my buddy to hit the water and we keep our 10 fish limit, then he heads off in his own car to go home while I trailer the boat home with 10 fish in the well, am I in trouble? I'm thinking I would be????
