Took makowish out on the boat with me for my first ever trip on lake Huron. It was everything I though it would be....tough slow fishing:lol:

Ended up 1-2 with a eater coho of about 2 1/2 lbs caught on a red latterback thunderstick on a 2 color core in 18FOW. fished 7:30-11:30 in 14 to 43 FOW never more than 2 miles from the breakwaters. Threw everything we could at them but only got the one to bite good.

Real weird having the port side facing shore while we were going north and heading East into deeper water:dizzy:

Hope to be back on the west side for memorial day!

LOL Tom, I've been saying that since I started back on te soft water!! When I had my other boat ... I lived in WI.

Nice job on not being skunked. Was out of GH on Friday and only caught 1 coho as well.
