What's up with saginaw bay walleye's?

Ive been fishing 3 day strait now and got 3 small walleye's to day and nothing the other day's. I talk with a lot of people out on the bay today and they got nothing and at the patterson launch and one boat got 2 so where to go to fish for the tournament? I think I'm going to fish the river.
