Ontario pictures from Sept. 2005

Had my old Nontypical DeerCam 35mm out for these. Not the greatest quality, but some cool photos nonetheless. Never got any wolves until this batch. These came in the same night I got my bear. He was laying dead not too far away but they never molested him.

The bear pic where his head is cut off was actually taken about 15 seconds before I shot him. I videotaped it and on the video, you can see the trail camera flash. Pretty high tech hunt for a guy like me. That big bear in the last picture is still out there I think. I'll be waiting for him this fall!

This is the end result of my Ontario hunt last fall. This bear with which I'm posing is the one that is up close and "beheaded" in the first photo. Again, the killing shot came mere moments after the DeerCam got him.
