ausable tomarow

im heading to the ausable tomarow and there calling for rain. do steelhead shut off when its raining? also im thinking of driving up tonight and fishing for a little while and just sleep in the truck to try and beat some of the crowd have any of you done well fishing for steel at night?

Rain actually turns them on. I've seen them going absolutely nuts during a nice steady rain, and huge downpour seems to put them down. And night fishing can be good, not all the time but at times. I'll also be up on the Au Sab tonight, but it's off to a river farther north tommorow.
