Hey, hoping to get out on the river this weekend and was wondering if anyone knows what the canadian fishing license options and costs were (for an american)?

I hope this helps you out!!!!!!! Got this off of the MNR website...... Now to go purchase them in Canada I could not tell you where to go. I normally go to Lakeside Fishing on jefferson in St. Clair Shores to get mine. All you have to do their is put in an order by Tuesday and they will have it for you on mid Thursday sometime.....

There is a place where you can get them on the water. Lakeview marina, which is behind Turkey Island (South end of Fighting Island). Otherwise, you can go over the bridge and get them at Wally's bait shop. They are right on the river, just downstream from the bridge. From the bridge, turn right, head back towards the water, turn left when you get to the water. Go a couple blocks and you will see Wally's on your left.

They also sell them on the ferry out of Marine City. Park in town and ride the ferry for free. There are two ferrys, usally they only one that sells them on the big ferry. Bring your birth certificate for gettin back in the U.S.
