6:00 pm. Fighting Island to Lake St. Clair. American side is crystal clear. Canadian side is still murky but fishable. Very rough down the whole stretch. 4 to 5 foot waves with white caps. Wouldn't want to be out in a 40 footer. I think that Canadian side of Peche is even a little clearer than this morning. As long as the wind lets up, I'll be out in the morning.:D Anybody get the water temp after the rain today???:help:

I am looking for the satalite photo to see if the U.S. side survived the winds last night? Any body know if the whole river muddied??

View from the RenCen.......
Canadian side looks really muddy.
American side looks clean from Belle Isle to the Bridge. A little stained close to shore, very clean in the middle of the river.

Thanks Section 8. I just got off the phone with the Ecorse Ramp. Steve said that the U.S. side is clean all the way up river, with about 50 boats jigging out front. By the sounds of it they are catching alot of nice eaters in the Southfield Road area of the river.
