Bolles Harbor is close. Maybe a 6-7 mile run to Turtle Island/Toledo Light area. There is a launch at Luna Pier but I don't know good it is or how big a boat it will accomodate. never used it.

I have been using the public ramp at Lune Pier. I run a 22 foot lund, and I have no problems going in and out of there. There is about 3 foot of water all the way out. The Lune Pier Harbor Club is also there, and they were dredging yesterday, so they should be OK too.

The public ramp is $5.00, or $20.00 for an annual.

LPHC was dredging and they should be open for the use of the ramp on Saturday.

By the way, water clarity was about 18 to 24 inches. Not to bad. Dirtier in areas around us, but still OK at that spot.

fished from 2:30-5pm yesterday around the lighthouse...got a 4 person ohio limit. scooted over into michigan water from 5-6pm and added 4 more on the way in.

hair jig with chartreuse head and a blue/white tail tipped with minnow and stinger hook was best followed by orange. lots of missed fish and lost minnows.

3 fish were 20-22", the rest were cookie cutter 16-17 inchers. i have pics and will try to post later.
