I was watching Michigan Out-of-Doors TV Show this weekend. They had a very interesting recipe for Baked Pheasant. The recipe was from the Hunters Creek Club. It included a sauce called "Shotgun Sauce". and a selection of other seasonings that were sprinkled on the Pheasant before baking. I found the "Shotgun Sauce" recipe on the internet but I missed the recipe on the "Seasonings". If anyone has the complete recipe I would really appreciate a copy! I am not sure if this show will be aired again. If it is, I will share the recipe with everyone.
