Pine River at Standish - anyone launched lately?

Two questions to anyone who's launched at Pine River near Standish yet....are the docks in (come to think of it, I'm not sure they take them out there do they?), and secondly, is the mouth at the lake all sanded in or can you get a decent sized boat out? Thanks for any info.

The river is up this year and they are taking all kinds of boats out of there seen numerous 18 footers coming out of there.

My buddy and I took his 18 ft bayliner out of there last thursday.You need to be careful there are a few shallow spots that are less than 2 ft deep especially at the river mouth.If you have a graph pay attention to it and you will be fine. We are actually heading out again tomarrow morning 4-11 to try it again.We got alot of nice perch there thursday hopefully they are still there.When do you plan on heading out?

No real hard and fast plans. We duck hunt out of there a lot in the fall, and it's always a tough go at the mouth. Just thinking about trying it in the next few weeks. Thanks.
