I don't get it!

I have dinked around for quite a while trying to post a pic on a thread. I built the page, uploaded a small jpg. file, pasted the URL on a post here (http://www.michigan-sportsman.com/user_gallery/Jackster1/renegade.jpg) and got... a pasted URL. No picture!
What in the heck am I doing wrong?

I can't find your picture to bring it up. Did you remove it from the server or maybe you haven't really captured the right url to your picture.

Here is another example of one of my pics. I have a website were I store pictures of my own. The url for this picture is

www.mitechpc.com/images/threekings.jpg

www.mitechpc.com/images/threekings.jpg

Yours should be in the format:

www.michigan-sportsman.com/user_gallery/jackster/PictureName.jpg

You can do this two ways. Hit the button above that says IMG. Then type in the location from above after the "http://" or just skip the button and type something like the following:

"http://www.michigan-sportsman.com/user_gallery/jackster/PictureName.jpg"

Leave out the quotes around it though.

Now I may have you thoroughly confused.
