Fished the river yesterday, slow. I hit two fish, a fresh chrome hen around 5lbs on a corky/waxworms, and a colored up winter buck on a jig/waxies under a bobber. Quite a few guys in places, and very few fish. Most of the fish are chrome hens running 5-12lbs, but they are few in number. River is running at 38 degrees, and the water went up, but not a whole lot. A nice heavy rain would help. Fish are for the most part in the slower water still, though I did see a couple dark bucks porpise. I'll be up again on Wendsday, bringing my fiance' with me, she usually brings me good luck:D ! I may go on Monday as well, but that's not for sure. We need a nice flush of water again.
