on board charger question.

I just bought a 3 bank on board charging unit, my question is I currently have 2 batterys wired in series (12 volt) for starting, lights,bilge,fishfinder, ect.. and 1 battery for my bow mount.. can I leave the 2 house batterys wired together while charging or do I need to disconnect them?? thanks guys..

I have a 3 bank and I charge my two batteries I use for my 24 volt trolling motor with no problems. They are wired in series.
