Marine Stereo & Speakers Installation

I have 2003 Crestliner Fish hawk, and am going to be putting a cd player/ radio and speakers in it. The boat has a place where I think a radio would go, but no spot for speakers. Just wondering if anyone has done this themselves and how big of a project it would be. Thanks

The project of actually installing is minimal(wiring, etc..). The hardest part, as you realize, is finding somewhere to install the equipment. You may have to fabricate something in the way of speaker boxes for you console or whatever. Another option is to get some enclosed speakers. They are availible from pretty much all the boat stores.
