Has anyone used this new cam yet? I have seen some pics from it online and they look great, But I was wondering if any of you had one. I have a Cuddeback now and I love it but it is pricey and I just got some new property and would like to get a new cam. I also like how it shows the moon phase and the temp on each pic. Just would like to know what you think of it, and also how’s the trigger speed? Thanks, Hads.

I have one and have been testing it in my back yard where I get tons of deer. It triggers out to about 15 feet, but the flash reaches probably 25. Trigger time seems to vary anywhere from 2-8 and I'm not sure why. It does take really good pictures especially at night. It's a pretty good camera if you put it pointing down a trail, at a scrape, or food where the deer might stop or slow down a little. If a deer runs past it or even a fast walk, it will probably miss that deer. It is no cuddeback, but not bad for the money I guess. Customer service is the best.

That's a pretty fair deal. You won't find them any cheaper.

I bought a package deal new on eBay with a solar charger, rechargeable battery, and wall charger 1-08. The unit works well at the winter feeder getting over 100 pictures a week while set on the single picture mode and a 5 minute delay. The flash is strong and may make deer camera shy. I modified two features without voiding the warrantee. First I covered the status light with electrical tape because the deer would start to bolt when the light strobe started and got too many fanny shots. Second I put a piece of semi-clear red gift-wrap over the flash as a filter. The deer never spooked and never knew the flash was coming. Too bad they discontinued the GameSpy 200.
