I cant figure out how to record with an aqua-vu scout. I have a small Canon camcorder hooked up with the aqua-vu and cant get it to tape whats on the aqua-vu screen. Any info would be great!

Does the camera (auqu-vu) have a video out? If so, does your camcorder have a video-in? Connect the two and press record.

I'm not familiar with the Aqua-View Scout. But I do know generally how u/w video cameras work. In order to record anything you see on the screen, your camera has to have a "signal out" jack on it. You would then hook a cable from the out jack on the camera and the other end to the video in jack on your camcorder. Then you'd just have to select the correct input source on your video recorder and push record and it will record anything coming into the input.

That's all there is to it.

yup, some camcorders are set to video out by default to record you might have to set it to a VCR mode or input mode. On my mini DV JVC I have to hook all the cables up and turn input mode on from the menu and then camcorder to Play mode. I know you don't want to hear this but "you might have to read the instructions"
